Putting the Pieces Together

I am finally putting all the pieces of the quilt together. First I designed and redesigned and put together thr front of the quilt. Then Input the pieces of thr backing together. Then the batting is sandwiched between and I pin them. Then I sew them all together and I have chosen to do these adorable little button circles. Later the last step is to finish it by sewing all the way around all complete. It is a time-consuming process, pain-staking, intentional, especially as I had not template and did all from scratch and hand-sewn. It is art but with a beautiful function to keep those under it warm and protected.

This is how our lives are built by God, the Master Quilter. He designs each life on purpose from scratch with no template for a beautiful purpose that is art. I got nothing on Him.
