Swimming Joys

Today we went swimming. I had not been swimming due to colder weather (which is comical to northerners because this Floridian doesn’t get in water less than 80 degrees). So the last couple of days have warmed up the water to my required temp (lol) and we went swimming! It was wonderful. My mom’s clubhouse has a great pool and a great aspect for the sunset. And for all that relaxation and beauty, it is nothing compared to heaven. We don’t talk enough about heaven. It will be immaculate and glorious, as the Creator of our nature and sunsets and rainbows and us is the same Creator of heaven. Oh how beautiful it will be!!!❤❤❤

Sunshine and Pool Pleasures

Just an update: our amazing band family is doing well as long as possible. Demos on http://www.smoothsentiment.us/demos . Kids are growing and healthy. I keep in touch with Joani. My walk with the Lord is strong. I have lost 47 pounds so far with just 3 to go to reach my goal! I feel great. God is good! ❤

Blessings of a Beautiful Picnic

The day was beautiful, the company enjoyable, our family relaxed, the pool immaculate and perfectly refreshing, great BBQ was served, and all was fantastic. And if your young preteen or teen child needs direction, a service mi daet, respect and honor training, the US NAVAL Sea Cadets and Sea Bees is certainly the way to go. They learn so much, are trained in skills and leadership and respect God first, country second and authorities third, exactly as it should be. So glad we went and what an amazing day!!! Thank you, God, for it! You are the Giver of all good things!! ❤

Swimming Again!

So my mom’s clubhouse has a really nice outdoor heated pool and we can swim about half of the year where we live. But I am turning into a pansy the longer I live here in Florida and the water has to be warmer and sun closer for me to really love swimming. And lately again, it has happened! So we are swimming several times a week and probably more often once school is out. We love it and it is great exercise and with all the older people there loving on our kids, it is just beautiful for them to have positive experiences with the elderly and the elderly to have positive cheer of youth around to keep them younger longer. It is a win/win situation. God provides for even these little details of life and gives through them opportunities to love people. I am keeping it simple these days with no social media, no news I frankly rarely believe it anymore anyway (I just pray for our governmental leaders to be good), I have a few close friends, I am only in one band now and we don’t have a gig until fall, and our little family is just working on the house and school. So, swimming now is a luxury and a nice way to get out of the house. And I get to check in on mom and walk her little dog. She always finds something for me to do lol. Simple is good. Simple and loving on everyone we come in contact with is even better. My spiritual job is to love whoever crosses my path and talk to God all day. I love my job. And I am thankful for swimming again.
