Apathy: An End Times Sign

We are steeped in apathy in the world right now. This is a sign that the rapture will happen soon, maybe today maybe years from now, but the sign is present.

I was listening to Dr. David Jeremiah on Moody radio while going to my consult today. He was saying that “it would be as the says of Noah when Jesus comes to get those who are saved truly love Him” means people were busy doing their thing. This means they were apathetic to things of God and eternal things.

Isn’t this what is happening? People don’t seem to care unless it affects them personally. They aren’t going to church, aren’t fasting, aren’t praying, aren’t reading their Bible, are avoiding or scoffing at conversations about Jesus or denying Jesus is the only way to eternal life with God. It is prevalent worldwide. It is even prevalent in many churches and that is abominable.

So missions is becoming increasingly difficult because people don’t see the importance, don’t care. They want to get on social media to focus on themselves, talk about themselves, talk to hear themselves talk, buy things for themselves, improve themselves or look better with the least effort to themselves, pamper themselves, enlighten themselves, worship themselves, etc.

It is evident we are in line with the time and environment of the rapture and that is a big, important word. I really don’t want to be here through the tribulation. No one should want to be here. But far more importantly is the relationship I have with Jesus. He is my Savior, best friend, my everything and my life would still be empty without Him, full of joy and peace with Him. ❤ ❤ ❤

September 23, 2017

I have listened to and heard many people talking about this date being the fulfillment of Revelations 12 and the sign in the sky, marking the beginning of the tribulation, the final 7 years before Jesus returns to rule our planet. I hear these things and, being the big picture person that I am, find them interesting but not that important. Why? I am of the belief that we Christians are always to be ready in case we are rapture right now, or in 20 minutes, or on September 23, or in 20 years. “No one knows the day or the hour” it says in the Bible. See the point? We need to act and speak and serve and love in such a way to always be ready. We need to be spiritually ready at all times. Then He will take us to Heaven for we are ready and pure in His eyes. So be ready!❤

The Start of Something

When my throat hurts, I am very sleepy for no reason and feel got, I know I am fighting a bug and need to rest. When the air is windy, tree frogs croak and clouds come billowing in, I know rain is coming and I need to reschedule outdoor events. When Jerusalem is surrounded by enemies, evil is at an all time high and the earth is rumbling and quaking at greater frequency, I know Jesus is Coming soon and we need to get right with Him. Do not ignore the signs of it. Prevent disaster by doing what you need to do to get your house in order spiritually and in every way. Throw out distractions and things taking too much time, they are not worth losing heaven over. Nothing on this planet is worth separation from God. Cling to Jesus Christ, our hope and salvation. Love Him for He loves you more than anyone else can ot will.
