The Knowing

I would have been frustrated by our bad water this morning, but knowing allowed me to brace for it. I knew we were under attack. How did I know? Attacks from the enemy are described in detail in Job, Psalms, Proverbs, the Gospels, etc. We know that we will be tempted and we will endure trials. But we also know that those who endure, stand with Christ to the end will live eternally close to God in glory. That is tangible to me because I can imagine it, based on the exhilaration of climbing a mountain and the feel of the fog on my face and the touch of a dew drop in an early morning sunrise.❤
