Time to Work

This week was spring break, so I took the kids fishing and to several parks and movies and we relaxed and rode bikes, etc. It was wonderful. That was the first three days. Now, it is time to work. My daddy always taught me work first, play later, but vacation to me has always reversed that. Play first and then a bonding happens for which later work is easier and less of a burden and you can talk about the good fun you just had together while working. So here we go, moving a seemingly endless supply of aggregate, Moving poles, cleaning, clearing, preparing our new garden, pressure washing the driveway, so on. And I will love every minute of it. To me, work is fun and more productive because afterwards you can look at what you accomplished and just feel great!
